The Opportunity

The Adobe Sales Operations Team defines the strategy and revenue operations to drive an outstanding Enterprise Sales organization.

You will partner directly with the Sales Finance and Commissions Finance Operations Team and ecosystem, reporting into the Senior Manager, Sales Compensation Operations.

You will drive operational inspections, reporting & analytics, and participate in programs that impact the entire Adobe Compensation organization.

What you'll Do

Managing Mergers & Acquisitions compensation integration projects, analytics, presentation, recommendation, and automation within Worldwide Field Operations.

Supporting merging organizations in isolated and external systems

  • Creating sales analytics for Sales Leadership on compensation results and plan effectiveness to provide business insights monthly;
  • routinely run ad-hoc scenario analysis for the same audience

    Partner with Sales Finance and Commissions Finance to accurately report and accrue commission expense monthly

    Design and collaborate with internal partners to build out robust on-demand reporting for Sales Comp stakeholders and leadership

    What you need to succeed

    Minimum 5 years related work experience in incentive compensation design and execution, planning, analysis, and forecasting, or interlinked functions, ideally in the software industry.

    Strong analytical proficiency and effective project management skills. Strong planning, organization, and interpersonal skills.

    Hands-on mentality, proactive and extraordinary attention to detail. Daring with ability to work independently, learn very quickly, be proactive and responsive.

    Results driven and with a bias for action to drive business critical metrics Able to thrive in a virtual / remote / distributed team environment.

    Experience with learning, internalizing, operating, and compensation systems and calculations.

    Proven experience managing Mergers & Acquisitions compensation integration projects, analytics, presentation, recommendation, and automation within Worldwide Field Operations subscription based company

    Define, test, and track all system requirements for all compensation crediting & reporting systems (SFDC, Dynamics, ICM, Anaplan, PBI)

    Create scalable and relevant training / documentation for processes related to comp processes & analytics.

    Train internal business partners on tools available and have the data they need to run successful and insightful reporting.
