Goal

  • Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Project Managers, Financial Analysts and Strategy Analysts that assists the Global Center of Excellence engineering;
  • responsible for managing the overall planning, execution and delivery of projects.

    Essential Functions

  • Lead a team that provide services like : Defining the project charter, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets and measures of success Developing project estimates and plans to manage the end-to end project execution Ensuring client requirements are captured accurately and completely Creating and maintaining project documentation Facilitating day-to-day coordination while adhering to standards and sponsor expectations Acting as the link between the assigned project resources and key stakeholders Use disciplined project management methodology to define scope, develop project plan, and execute projects that adhere to guidelines and deliver within cost and schedule.
  • Strong cross-business unit / IT communication, influence and negotiation required. Responsible for building and leading effective and high-performing project teams;
  • coach and educate all project resources Manage the development and execution of the project communication plan Track and report transparent, factual, and timely progress information Perform Risk Management, manage and control project issue identification and ensure that problems are resolved Ensure all required project documentation is current and accurate, develop and maintain lessons-learned, determine the conditions that constitute successful closure.

    Identify opportunities for improvement in the project delivery process

  • Provide our internal and external teams with support on high complex projects.
  • Provide support with internal project review processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and development to new hires and team members.
  • Provide career, technical, and motivational guidance to a sales coordination team.
  • Coordinate with internal management and clients in order to control quality, communication, and efficiency throughout your team.
  • Ensuring contractual and corporate compliance of work performed.
  • Identifying new opportunities for contract revenue growth.
  • Leading work teams in a continuous improvement environment with quality tools, behaviors and practices.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
  • Required

  • Already started or some studies in business administration, engineering, computer science or other related field
  • 5 to 8 years previous experience in program / project management and coordination experience required, with two years of management of field installations
  • Ability to effectively interact with internal organization and customer representatives.
  • Possess high level of computer literacy.
  • Advanced computer / MS Windows skills, to include software applications such as MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Daptiv
  • Proven team leader capabilities and supervision experience in dealing with large scale projects. global teams, project managers, application leads.
  • Ability to motivate, lead and influence team members and perform multiple assignments and responsibilities.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Effective and professional communication skills (oral and written)
  • Advanced business level in English (C1+)
  • Preferred

  • Project Management Accreditation (PMI, APMP or any other Agile certification preferred)
  • Previous experience with performance evaluations, and leadership of groups
  • Experience with IT project management.
  • Experience in leading teams within a shared service center, with a focus on PMO.
