Job Description

What you will do :

Act as the lead client contact across multiple client groups

Manage short- and long-term projects, initiating new business opportunities with existing clients and leading those projects to completion

Write high quality content / creative briefs for internal delivery teams

Oversee the day to day delivery of all project requirements, driving schedules and leading delivery outcomes

Monitor profitability of projects and proactively make adjustments to stay within budget

Focus on ensuring client happiness and bringing new ideas to help their business

Qualifications

What you will need to be successful :

The ability to make smart, analytical business decisions despite constant ambiguity

Experience with content development and an eye for design

Experience writing SOWs, negotiating costs, and initiating change orders

Experience with estimating project hours and costs, and budget management

An enthusiastic, can-do attitude

Extra points if you have :

Previous agency experience (in-house / client-side experience if relevant)

Previous experience managing a team and / or mentoring junior team members

Previous experience working with large B2B companies

Excel expert or expert-in-training

An interest in computer technology

A great sense of humor
