Better requires process discipline and simplification
You will empowerour business leaders to become more data driven in terms of decision making.You will develop a deep understanding of the key metrics for our business andwork closely with Product, Marketing, Strategy teams to track and analyze howcustomer journeys across our various platforms (Retail / Web and Mobileapplications) happen.
You will utilize diverse business data sets to pullcustomer journey data and perform quantitative analyses to determine the rootcause.
You should partner withbusiness leaders to help identify areas of opportunities in the businessthrough data analytics.
For this role, you will need 1-2 years of dataanalysis experience strongly desired. A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science,Engineering or another quantitative discipline and / or equivalent.
You will haveexcellent verbal and written communication skills (English C1-83%) and a provenability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
You should be proficientin advanced excel, using Big Data tools like Hive / Hadoopand SQL (Structured Query Language). Demonstrated passionto solve complex problems.
