s hiring efforts in the US. We are passionate about hiring BS, MS, and PhD candidates to work with the tech industry’s biggest problem solvers and creators to help change the world through digital experiences.
As a Talent Scout, you will play a meaningful role in sourcing Intern and University Grad candidates for Adobe's technical teams.
What You'll Do
Own and drive sourcing strategy & execution for the company's technical University Grad and Intern hiring
Identify, screen and present excellent diverse student talent pools
Use data and insights to assist Talent Partners with driving efficiencies in hiring process
Help plan and drive successful virtual and in-person campus recruiting events
Collaborate with team to better understand market drivers, competitive landscape and alignment to business needs
Role model Adobe’s values and culture to both prospects and employees
What You Need To Succeed
Rich experience ability in technical sourcing for large organizations. University / campus experience preferred but not required
Ability to learn / flex and adapt to changing business needs
Real passion for creative sourcing and recruitment techniques within University
A focus on providing a white-glove experience to clients and talent
Comfortable with ambiguity and an eagerness to improve processes
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
Ability to handle project timelines and strong organization skills
Preferred : BS in HR, Business or related field
