Must Haves :

5-7 years’ experience in a Marketing communications or Integrated marketing role ideally for an electronic system or semiconductor company.

Strong technical aptitude and curiosity. Open mindedness with the ability to think creatively while also using data analytics to measure progress.

Position Responsibilities include :

  • Define targeted, go-to-market strategies for thought leadership, awareness, conversion and lead generation, while also leveraging customer successes, in support of Cadence goals and messaging
  • Building and executing best-in-class, go-to-market programs to reach targeted audiences in the semiconductor and systems markets
  • Serving as a strategic partner to key business leaders in the company in order to advance Cadence’s market position. This includes working with the team to define market differentiating messaging and establishing go-to-market goals.
  • Understand and dig into data analytics to build a better understanding of marketing program successes
  • Manage and coordinate development of relevant content in support of go-to-market programs.
  • Planning and managing the marketing spend for these programs.
  • Interface with global demand gen team to incorporate lead generation, account-based marketing, and field marketing requirements into programs
  • Skills / Experience :

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of corporate communications management experience is required, preferably with experience in a systems or semiconductor industry leader.
  • Strategic and open mindset with capability of engaging in deep business and marketing-related discussions with senior management.
  • Ability to quickly learn or investigate new marketing technologies and promotional channels to determine the best outbound marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on building cross functional relationships.
  • Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and strong presentation skills.
  • Comfortable outlining and project managing relevant content as needed for various channels
  • Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills, solid judgment, and accustomed to acting with a sense of urgency.
  • A team player, with a service mentality and a focus on we , not me.
  • Education Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering or related field is required; MBA or MS is desirable.

    Cadence is seeking a creative, experienced and strategic integrated marketing professional to join our team as an Integrated Marketing Manager, focusing on the system analysis market.

    This is a strategic position, with the opportunity to establish, direct and guide the outbound marketing efforts with this business group.

    Reporting to the Group Director of Integrated Marketing, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful strategic planning and implementation of the out-bound marketing efforts related to this market for the company.

    The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of the system analysis market with superior program management and analytical evaluation skills combined with excellent communications skills.
