What does a great Systems Support, Analyst do?
You will provide database administration and application system support for all aspects of Oracle and SQL Server and related client workstations in production and test environments.
You'll perform Oracle & SQL Server installation, updates, upgrades, configuration, database creation, query scripting, security, system monitoring and tuning, disaster recovery, and backup and recovery.

In this role, you can expect to :
Support Client production and test databases using Fiserv’s product lines.
Configure and maintain database Log Shipping, Replication, and AlwaysOn Availability Groups.
Monitor server health, backup, security and growth of production Oracle and SQL database servers.
Administer database security across all database environments.
Support and maintain SSIS packages, SSRS reports, and SQL Server Agent jobs.
Work with Development, QA, and App Support teams for database related requests and UAT.
Install Oracle and SQL Server, service packs, or cumulative updates.
Perform database audits.
Basic qualifications for consideration :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience with SQL Server administration
Production support, troubleshooting and diagnostic experience.
Experienced in Oracle 12c and MS SQL Server 2012 / 2014 / 2016 Enterprise Editions or higher.
Installation and configuration of Oracle SQL databases on Windows Server 2012 & 2016 and above experience.
Experience creating and configuring databases at all versions.
T-SQL scripts and stored procedures development experience
Database upgrade and refresh experience.
Data Center move and migration experience.
Experience in third party tools such as SentryOne, Foglight, System Center SCOM, Redgate SQL Backup.
Experience supporting IIS 6, 7 and 8 web servers and .Net web applications
Experience with Microsoft PowerShell, batch scripting and SQL statement(s) skills.
ITIL 3 / 4 experience with emphasis on Incident / Knowledge Management, and SLA requirements.
SQL Server 2017 / 2019 and Oracle 19C experience.
Additional database system experience such as DB2, PostGreSQL, MYSQL.
