You will work with key stakeholders to understand the development needs of various global business units, partner with them to understand their challenges, and deliver innovative, timely and cost effective learning solutions that focus on driving performance.
In addition, you will apply strong interpersonal skills to interact with key stakeholders, facilitate discussions and create and maintain a positive learning environment.
You'll develop long term strategic programs as well as short paced learning modules. Applying Agile principles, you'll actively define course objectives, content, delivery methods and measures of success that will most effectively accomplish the business objectives and learning outcomes.
You'll also select the most effective, efficient and appropriate training content with a focus of effective blended learning, including by not limited to e Learning, micro-
learning, interactive-video, action learning, virtual instructor-led or traditional classroom instruction.Additionally, you will source external content or build it internally where it makes sense, and you'll have the opportunity to stay up to date with the latest industry trends on learning in a digital age.
You'll also maintain and update the content for our existing learning / performance modules and solutions in a timely manner based on input from the functional teams.
You'll develop and maintain a standardized suite of design and development tools, templates and processes, and have curiosity for applying learning technologies in creative ways to meet global requirements.
