The Opportunity

As a Program Manager, you are a key contributor to the optimization of Global Talent teams through program management, data driven operations, tool optimization and candidate experience! Your main responsibilities include working in collaboration withall pillars withinGlobal Talent Operations to support, plan and execute on key deliverablesfocused on data and insights.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has experience in data analytics with a familiarity in driving programs and telling stories with data.

You should be a self-starter with a drive for operational excellence, a passion for enabling key stakeholders with data and insights, and ability to be agile.

What You Will do

Implement, collaborate and enhance Global Talent programs and initiatives specific to the optimization of talent reporting and insights, system adoption, and governance.

Utilize data to help drive key initiatives within our Global Talent Operations team

Support the production and implementation of data reporting and automation efforts

Aggregate, summarize and analyze programmatic data

Train, support and enable users on how to best utilize existing reports and dashboards

Engage, build and cultivate relationships with cross functional partners within Global Talent Acquisition, in addition to Employee Experience and Finance

What You Need to Succeed

Highly analytical, confident with large data sets, and able to extract business insights from analysis

Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, and working with data visualization tools (PowerBI and / or Tableau)

Experience with working directly with Workday Recruiting or other ATS systems

Ability to prioritize, collaborate and deliver viable solutions for key priorities

Experience with analytics automation tools (i.e. Alteryx), a plus

Comfortable with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a constantly evolving business landscape

Possesses a collaborative working style, comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a geographically distributed matrix organization.

Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Math, orequivalent experience
