Verify US and international addresses
Has contact with customers through email templates when the payment declines
Verifies orders compliance with product and shipping restrictions
Identifies possible fraud from web orders
Resolves system discrepancies to release orders
Revise and release phone orders generated by customer inquiries
Researches customer profile to determine follow up actions in order to complete the return cycle
May need to contact customers through emails templates
Close financial transactions in SAP
Refunds customer when applicable
Researches customer profile to maintain systems updated
Key customer information or orders received through scanned forms
Might participate on assigned tasks or mini projects within the department depending on the business needs, individual skills.
English Level : B2 minimum, C1 desired
Education Level : Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science Engineering students.
