This role is responsible for the leadership of day-to-day operations of specific sub-processes of the end-to-end credit to cash process.
The sub-processes in CTC are : Credit Management, Collections, Disputes, Cash Applications, Invoicing & billing and contract management.
A Senior Team Manager is responsible for a one or multiple sub-processes depending on scope and complexity. Each of the sub-processes require specific Subject Matter expertise and skillsets but are part of the CTC end-to-end process.
The senior team manager must require Subject Matter Expertise on the specific sub-process(es) they are responsible for.The position requires deep technical knowledge of cash applications operations, the ability to lead and develop a team, overseeing decision-making and problem solving, influence and drive change together with stakeholders, monitor and review KPIs and metrics, and lead specific projects to drive efficiency.
It provides a unique strategic and tactical opportunity to be part of a cultural shift in Cargill's organizational, operational and stakeholder model in the shared services space.
