The upcoming Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo in Jalisco is a secluded beach Resort located in more than 3,000 acres of verdant jungle on Mexico’s Pacific Coast.

BASIC PURPOSE :

This Marketing Manager will develop, generate and execute awareness of the launch of Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, through strategic marketing campaigns and projects, web and mobile presence to include digital campaigns, social media channels, mobile app and proprietary websites.

Create marketing campaigns to include creative assets, copy, and other internal and external sales & marketing efforts in conjunction with hotel’s third-party vendors, including SEM, GDS marketers and Four Seasons sales channels.

Master Your Craft :

The Digital Marketing Manager supports and has a direct reporting line to the Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo’s Director of Marketing for the Resort’s marketing strategies and projects.

Website

  • Build and launch of the resorts website.
  • Management and audit of the main resort website, app and microsite copy & images.
  • Adding applicable hyperlinks to keep customers journey within the business.
  • Management of 3rd parties sales sites to include sites such as preferred partners, sales resource and C event etc.
  • Digital Marketing / PPC & SEO

  • In conjunction with our agency partners and DOM create a strong integrated digital marketing strategy to support the launch of the resort.
  • Work closely with our agency partners and DOM to create compelling design and performance ads.
  • Identify strong & weak points and implement appropriate copy and images for paid search and paid social.
  • Update and edit PPC TLP to highlight most intriguing offers for booking.
  • Continuing to update channels to create higher SEO.
  • Content Creation

  • Management and coordination of the existing content on behalf of the resort.
  • Coordination and support in the management of photo and video shoots.
  • Coordination of the TMR content creation team with the social media agency.
  • Work with the relevant departments to create compelling content to support the creation of Tamarindo as a destination to include activities and discovery center.
  • Following and implementing brand photo guidelines, Best practices on content creation.
  • Collateral

  • Management and coordination of the preopening collateral project to include hotel, marketing, F&B & Spa scope.
  • Coordination and support on the Tamarindo Orange unique color project.
  • Ongoing management of all marketing collateral projects.
  • Creation and coordination of the sales presentations and supporting sales tools required.
  • Creation and support on PowerPoint presentations for the Marketing team as required.
  • Online Reputation Management (ORM)

  • Identify local comp set and build ORM goals
  • Create, edit and audit ORM channels as necessary
  • o Trip Advisor, Open table, Yelp, Google, Facebook.

  • In conjunction with the responsible department heads support and guide on responding to reviews
  • Train Operational Managers on ORM policy.
  • Create and implement ORM review ranking tracker
  • Auditing all information to be uniform with the services on FS.com
  • Audit and update OTA pages with appropriate imagery and copy
  • Merchandising and Gifting

  • Coordination of the merchandising project and customer gift program.
  • Local partnerships

  • Investigation and coordination in conjunction with the Director of Marketing on local partnerships with appropriate luxury brands.
  • Knowledge of the following programs is advantageous :

    Olapic

    Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

    Adaptability to live in a remote location

    This role is based at the property in Tamarindo, Mexico.
