Job Description :
The Balance Sheet Reconciliation will be responsible for transitioning RTR activities from 3M’s subsidiaries; and the end-to-end RTR process.
The Balance Sheet Reconciliation responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following :
The end-to-end RTR process : journal entries, month-end close, account reconciliations
Product costing (PCIV), including gross margin analysis
Identifying and implementing process improvements
Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports
Performance taxes, payroll, accounts recivables, others reconciliations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Advanced working knowlodge in Microsoft Excel
Prior process migration experience
Portuguese lengague is required
A self-starter, with an excellent track record of delivering results
A process improvement mindset
Must have a strong Cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principals.
Computer Literate SAP and AS400 skills
Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Prior shared service center experience with a large multi-national
Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodology certification
English is highly attractive
