The Recruitment Operations team is redefining how we support our global talent acquisition team. As the talent landscape continues to evolve, we are paving the path to raise the bar on candidate engagement and retention.
As a leader, you will be at the forefront of attracting, engaging, and retaining talent. This role will focus on leading a recruiting operations function to deliver scalable, transparent, and innovative recruiting operations services.
You will have the ability to work across teams to redefine internal customer partnership while leading a team that raises the bar on recruitment operations.
Reporting to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, this role is an integral part of our world-class People Team. As we work together to enhance the way we do business, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the company including engineering, professional services, customer support, and G&A functions.
Drive operational capability and delivery across a geographically dispersed team
You will have global scope for all things related to Talent Acquisition Operations, including, but not limited to (process, tools / system, support, documentation, policies, compliance, training, agency, and hiring manager SLAs)
Manage and foster college / university relations

Design, configure, implement, and streamline business process workflows to support a rapidly scaling organization

An analytical mindset. Data and process are your friends, and you are comfortable navigating Excel documents, and you are able to work with and report on data

Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools Jobvite experience preferred
5 years of experience in recruitment and HR work in a tech or product company. Bonus if you also have a data background
Experience in supporting the rollout of talent acquisition projects in a tech company
