The Recruitment Operations team is redefining how we support our global talent acquisition team. As the talent landscape continues to evolve, we are paving the path to raise the bar on candidate engagement and retention.

As a leader, you will be at the forefront of attracting, engaging, and retaining talent. This role will focus on leading a recruiting operations function to deliver scalable, transparent, and innovative recruiting operations services.

You will have the ability to work across teams to redefine internal customer partnership while leading a team that raises the bar on recruitment operations.


Reporting to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, this role is an integral part of our world-class People Team. As we work together to enhance the way we do business, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the company including engineering, professional services, customer support, and G&A functions.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive operational capability and delivery across a geographically dispersed team
  • You will have global scope for all things related to Talent Acquisition Operations, including, but not limited to (process, tools / system, support, documentation, policies, compliance, training, agency, and hiring manager SLAs)
  • Manage and foster college / university relations
  • Elevate the candidate experience by adopting our "Customer Focused" company values
  • Deliver against hiring goals and achieve consistent results
  • Design, configure, implement, and streamline business process workflows to support a rapidly scaling organization

    Core Competencies & Demonstrated Success

  • An analytical mindset. Data and process are your friends, and you are comfortable navigating Excel documents, and you are able to work with and report on data
  • Fast-paced environments don't phase you, you can context switch at the drop of a hat
  • Passionate about diversity and inclusion, you understand the importance of it and seek to educate yourself consistently and use inclusive language
  • Discretion - you know how to maintain confidentiality but also recognize what needs to be escalated
  • Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written. You can also have difficult and delicate conversations.
  • Customer-centric, where you build everything with the user (in this case, our team members and applicants) at the program’s core.
  • Qualifications

  • Possess and embody Wind River’s culture and values and establish a reputation of high integrity, top performance, agility, and a sense of urgency
  • Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools Jobvite experience preferred
  • 5 years of experience in recruitment and HR work in a tech or product company. Bonus if you also have a data background
  • Experience in supporting the rollout of talent acquisition projects in a tech company
