Job scope / summary :
The Global Accounts HP-on-HP Project Manager role is responsible for the e2e project management of the design, implementation, standardization and / or continuous improvement of innovative services, tools, capabilities and processes for the internal PC devices support for HP employees.
The role will be part of a global team of delivery project managers and will lead one or multiple strategic projects on the global Plan of Record (POR) for the HP-on-HP internal support and / or global commercial accounts support programs.
Job specifics / responsibilities :
Project planning, scope definition, sponsor sign-off and initiation
Project management of the required activities for the implementation of global accounts and HP-on-HP internal support services / tools / capabilities / processes in scope for the project
Management of a governance structure with project teams of usually medium size (usually 5-15 team members)
Project cost, schedule and resource management
Management of project risks and mitigation strategies
Management of the relationship with (internal and external) customers, partners and delivery suppliers, if required within the project scope
Regular project status reporting and communication to stakeholders and sponsors, incl. executive management communication
Identify, explore and develop new opportunities for growth and innovation within or around projects

Education (degree) and professional experience required :
Typically 8+ years of established and proven track record in Service Business Management and Project Management
Bachelor / Master educational degree in one of the following areas : IT management, business planning / management, operational management.
Project management (e.g. PMP, Prince) and / or quality project management (e.g. Lean Sigma) certification and relevant practical experience
HP Delivery end-to-end process expertise (direct & channel), including delivery functions & roles understanding (contact center, supply chain, service fulfillment, etc.)
Service management (e.g. ITIL) certifications are considered a strong advantage
Experience and technical expertise with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow) is a strong advantage
Sales & deal management processes expertise is a strong advantage (SOAR, DRA, sales stages, etc.)
HP Inc. computing service and products portfolio knowledge is an advantage
HP Inc. service delivery financials knowledge is an advantage
Experience in multiple functions (e.g. business, sales, marketing) is an advantage
Other requirements :
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, other languages are an advantage
