The Opportunity

This senior leader within the Financial Planning & Analysis organization will be an agile finance professional with strong problem-solving capabilities, strategic and operational depth as well as sound financial acumen.

This individual will report to Adobe’s DX / DMe Enterprise Vice President and will partner closely with the SVP and head of Adobe Customer Solutions to drive the business and manage the multiple P&Ls for this complex, margin focused business.

Adobe Customer Solutions is a 4,000 person, global organization consisting of the professional services, customer engineering, and customer success teams supporting the Digital Experience and Digital Media business units.

The ideal candidate will have had prior experience in providing financial support to a consulting, customer engineering, and customer success organization as part of a software company, outstanding analytical and communication skills, and experience in collaborating with Executive Management.

What you'll Do

  • Taking a leading role to drive financial rigor and efficiency throughout the organization
  • Build annual financial operating plan for ACS that supports the growth goals for the company
  • Manage the quarterly forecasting and outlook process for services bookings and revenue, operating expenses and headcount for the organization
  • Track key business and operational metrics around bookings, revenue, cost of sales and delivery that allow for a detailed understanding of the business’ performance
  • Provide insight and value-added analysis to the leadership team to help drive the business forward
  • Prepare quarterly executive reporting packages and forecast updates
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support critical initiatives, and other ad hoc reporting and analyses
  • Drive the implementation of financial planning and reporting tools for the ACS business
  • Establish credibility and positive relationships with key business partners within the organization. Collaborate with colleagues across Adobe
  • What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting for Finance; MBA or CPA highly preferred
  • Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in prior financial planning and analysis roles, preferably with Consulting Services and Customer Engineering exposure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to actively engage and form relationships with business partners at all levels.
  • Lead a team of 13 both directly and indirectly with strong mentorship.
  • Must be able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail a must
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
