The HR Service Center Technical Representative is responsible for day-to-day management of Tier 2 & Tier 3 queries from across the organization related to HR Service Center helping employees to address concerns and solve HR issues in collaboration with office-based HR teams.

The first point of contact for timely & accurately resolving queries received through HR SNOW and / or emails and communicates back to the requestor.

Extends technical support to the other HR team members regarding SNOW and LMS processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Functions as a primary employee contact for human resources (HR)-related questions, concerns, and issues. Responds promptly to employee questions and concerns, or refers employees to the appropriate HR team.
  • Develops and maintains professional, respectful, and trusting working relationships with employees and business leaders in order to provide effective HR support.

  • Create documentation for supported processes and ensure those documents and procedures are consistent and accurate. Identify opportunities and propose solutions for process improvement.
  • Provide end-to-end support of new hire administrative processes, ensuring quality assurance including SOX guidelines is maintained.

    Resolve Tier 2-3 inquiries, promoting the accuracy and integrity of employee records and data. Seamlessly direct incoming inquiries for resolution when escalation is required.

  • Maintains and / or ensures that employee personnel files are in compliance and up to date.
  • Executes complex service center HRIS tasks to include processing of new hires, rehires, terminations, etc. Assists in the acquisition process including all onboarding tasks for new hires, pulling and analyzing reports to ensure all new hire data is accurate and completed.
  • Conducts pre-employment assessments and processes and ensures appropriate filing of relevant paperwork.

  • Supporting coverage of rest of team as assigned and other ad hoc duties as needed.
  • Provides HRIS administrative support through SNOW tickets. Analyze and administer relevant reports as per SNOW tickets, partnering with the correct teams in HR as necessary.
  • This position is more technical by nature, preparing and analyzing reports for LMS and SNOW as required.

    Requirements :

  • 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma (Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Administration, IT or related field).
  • English : B2+ (Fluent).
  • At least 3 years of experience as follows : Working as an HR Service Center Representative or equivalent role.Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc).
  • Proficiency in Workday system.Management and enhancement of Service Now ticket system.

  • Nice to have : SharePoint Knowledge
