Manages customer project delivery.
Manages project financials including P&L.
Identifies and develops new opportunities on current project.
Acts as opportunity manager for medium to high risk deals.
Manages client relationships.
Manages mid to upper level client delivery relationships.
Frequently represents the organization to external customers / clients.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers any kind of resources required for projects execution.
Coordinate internal or external resources for the planning and execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, senior executives and different department managers.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, such as lessons learned among others.
Education and Experience Required :
3+ year Program Management experience
A BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
Passion for building great consumer user experiences and a proven ability to work closely with engineering teams
Great problem solving, strategic thinking and technical skills
Deep customer empathy and ability to identify customer needs
Excellent interpersonal, communication and cross group skills
Self-driven and ability to work with minimal direction
Experience with a metrics-driven mindset and the ability to experiment, learn and improve.
ITIL certified desired.
