This is a varied and demanding role involving all aspects of implementing Dynamics (CRM) solutions from pre-sales work through the project life cycle to go-live and on-going support.
Your involvement with clients will include off-site and on-site work and you will be encouraged to develop your Dynamics knowledge and achieve relevant certifications.
Responsibilities : To facilitate the successful installation and maintenance of the customers’ software systems, including off site and on site work.

Your day to day tasks will include : Delighting the customers with exceptional customer service Pre-sales assistance when required Implementation planning and the delivery of value added work, to scope, deadline and budget Running client workshops on business processes, business requirements and system design Business and systems analysis and documentation Product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality Production of design, system, user and procedural documentation Application configuration and setup Provide system training to both internal and external clients Development and delivery of testing strategies Liaising with on-shore and off-shore development teams to deliver robust solutions on time Managing change control Design and execution of data migration strategies Go-live and post-live support Ad-hoc tasks as and when required by your team lead Skills and Experience Technical : 4+ Experience in Dynamics CRM(, , & D) 2+ Experience in .
net Enhance / Customize Dynamics (CRM) for customers based on their business requirements. Must have expertise with .NET, Web Services and WCF design and development.
Customize OOB CRM Reports and develop custom SSRS reports. Integration with other third party applications using Autosys, SharePoint (Document Management System).
Good to have knowledge on Data migration and integration using Dynamics CRM tools (Scribe, Kingsway Soft, SSIS, Power BI) Good to have the knowledge of Power Apps, Logic Apps, CRM Mobile Application, Resco, Click Dimensions and other CRM Add-ons.
Required to demonstrate credibility with the client. Proven consulting experience Good listening skills, with the ability to quickly resolve problems, action solutions with the ability to work under pressure Understanding and assimilating information from various sources.
