The Creative Cloud SMB GTM team is passionate about aligning company priorities with strong day-to-day operations and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
We drive the strategy and execution that delivers growth and sales success for Creative Cloud within the SMB segment. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations and Product teams to lead cross-functional initiatives that result in improved customer experiences and increased new customer acquisition.

Reporting to the Category Leader, your focus will be Adobe’s growing SMB customer base, using data and market insights to find the best ways to engage with customers.
We are looking for someone who can combine analytics and insights to drive data-driven programs and opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in a large data environment and shown success developing, synthesizing, and communicating business and customer analysis.
Areas of specialty should include digital marketing practices, data analytics, subscription acquisition and retention, and direct and indirect route to market sales models.
What you'll Do
Partner with cross functional teams to establish and implement business plans that deliver quarterly sales goals
Drive efforts to drive customer acquisition and retention, measuring outcomes and course-correcting when necessary
Work with analytics on the use of data-driven business models to optimize acquisition funnels across all routes to market
Review all buy customer experience journeys, find opportunities for improvement, and drive cross-functional teams to deliver
What you need to succeed
Experience working with SMB customer segment
Success in dynamic environments requiring significant collaboration, rapidly anticipating, and adapting to shifting priorities
Ability to rapidly assess a problem, define options, evaluate, and implement solutions to address critical business issues
Proven excellence in conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solving
The desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, presenting supporting facts and data to back up your position
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels
5+ years software, high tech, or management consulting experience
