The purpose of this role is to head the Support and Performance Team in the respective Air Logistics department of the KN Global Services organization and to drive strategic initiatives in the KN GS (incl.
standardization, process optimization and automation) in conjunction with regional counterparts, and co-drive regional migration Targets and overseeing the successful delivery of targets.
Develop / maintain team framework, roles andresponsibilities, staffing, training and readiness ofall support teams (note : System, Trainer and Reporting teams tools and contentare governed by regional and global managers, with TL’s functionally reportingto them. )
Lead,manage, develop allsupport staff. Provide day to day guidance, feedback on their performance,foster open communication between and within the teams for total transparency
Proactively, regularly collaborate and communicate with Production Manager toreview process additions, migrations and changes, trouble shoot quality andperformance issues, assess / provide additional training as required.
Developframework to differentiate and record all topics, action items and progressbetween operational and support areas.
Develop / maintain strategies to increase penetration offocus tasks / processes to meetagreed targets,as well as add new ones in line with region’s strategy.
Follow / Enhance / maintain migration framework in line with GSC standards, including strategizing w / regional owneron how to achieve targets, collaborate / determine best fit for GSC teamsrelative to new processes, assist process owner with WI creation, followthrough with TL’s / teams ensuring staff are trained to handle new work andsteady state achieved with quality, performance, efficiency.
Ensure all new migrations of existing processes are aligned asclosely as possible to the standardized process. Ensure variances are reviewed andauthorized by RA-ON GS in all cases.
Follow / Enhance / Maintain standardization framework in line with GSC / GPO. Align standardizations, changes and impact ofsuch with RA-ON GS in advance of go-live.
Provide post go live feedback toregional owners including improvements in quality, performance, cost.
Develop framework to analyze, identifyand improve workflows and processes in all 2.0 GSC teams. Should include identification ofboth internal (GSC) and external (region) factors and behaviors.
Requires closecollaboration and full transparency with Production Manager, TL’s andultimately RA-ON. All projects should be documented, visible to region and showmeasurable, reportable results.
Follow / Enhance / Maintain Area Business Partner framework,specifically fostering transparency and open communication with region,production manager and TL’s :
Nurture anddevelop close working relationship with each ZA-ON and 2.0 teamin their respective sub-region,record and demonstrateoutcome of those engagements.
Proactively work / meet with NAM 2.0 teams to collect feedback on GSteam execution challenges, show evidence through tracking ofmeetings with ZA-ON and NAM 2.

Regularly reviewSLA and quality performance of all GS teams / processes re their sub-region andcollaborate on regional level for improvement.
Record and track allchallenges and action plans to improve.
Monitor BAM / WEBAPP in case of bottlenecks which might lead to delaysin task completion. Escalate with TL / 2.0 team manager;
Production manager andkeep RA-ON GS and ZA-ON informed and updated.
Your Skills and Experiences
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of Air Logistics (knowledge of KN Systems, operations, products and services)
Focus on performance, execution, improving efficiency and quality, optimization, problem solving.
Project Management experience.
Plus to have experience as ABP (Area Business Partner).
