Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Sales Coordinators that assists the Global Center of Excellence engineering, program management and leadership teams with activities that supports ongoing sales and customer service efforts.
Lead a team that provides the following services : Screen, coordinate and assign inbound sales inquiries and provide administrative support for program and engineering teams Support the timely execution of and assist in the production of documents, sales proposals, presentation’s, and projects for various meetings.
Gather, maintain and develop documentation relative to job aids and support each manager with lead tracking, coordination and distribution of information.
Assist with the procurement of bid documents, plans and specifications and distribute as appropriate. Assist with customer service initiatives and problem resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction by researching and resolving customer service issues reported directly from internal and external customers.
Provide our internal and external teams with support on high complex projects.
Provide support with internal project review processes.
Provide technical guidance and development to new hires and team members.
Provide career, technical, and motivational guidance to a sales coordination team.
Coordinate with internal management and clients in order to control quality, communication, and efficiency throughout your team.
Ensuring contractual and corporate compliance of work performed.
Identifying new opportunities for contract revenue growth.
Leading work teams in a continuous improvement environment with quality tools, behaviors and practices.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business area
3+ years previous experience in program / project / sales coordination, program / project management, or other area related to project or program management.
Proven team leader capabilities and supervision experience in dealing with large integrated projects.
Ability to motivate, lead and influence team members and perform multiple assignments and responsibilities.
Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
Effective and professional communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal customers.
Advanced business level in English (B2+)
Previous experience with direct reports, performance evaluations, and leadership of groups
Previous experience with electrical security or electrical installations
