The objective of the Customer Care Engineerposition is to help optimize our quote to cash service levels by quoting andperforming technical review.
Under supervision, the Customer Care Engineer willprovide support to different regions.
Generate and select model numbers based on customer’s specific data or application.
Develop quotations based on Emerson Customers and Representative’s requirements.
Utilize system tools to provide customer product application support and review solutions as required with the Inside / Field Sales Representatives.
Review quotes for technical conformance as in valid model options, configuration ranges, documentation options and device compatibility.
Participate in all aspects of preparing the quotation package and ensure that it is sent to the customer as promised.This includes the technical, commercial and competitive strategy appropriate for the selling opportunity.
Have good working knowledge of Emerson quotation tools and pricing policies.
Responsibility to continually enhance their knowledge of Automation Solution products, applications, and industries served.
Customer Care we provide services for instrumentation and systems.
Provide backup and support for internal and external sales personnel / s to maintain good service levels.
Provide consulting support to Data Entry Clerk or Order Management when processing an order.
Achieve targets on productivity, cycle time and quality
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or studying last year of University
Experience : 1 year of sales related customer service experience is preferred.
Experienceas a member of a fast paced, customer-centric company where there was a spiritof teamwork between peers, a direct sales force and representative sellingorganizations, required.
Solidkeyboard skills and a strong proficiency for using Windows & MS Officeapplications is a must.
Goodwritten and oral communication skills (B2 English Level)
Willing to work onflexible shift schedule based on business needs
