The Operations Solution Backoffice Support Analyst role is an internal client facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into a solution that can be configured from a standard set of BPO offerings.
The OSBSA will develop and estimate solutions that bring marketing, sales, finance, HR, supply chain and procurement operation activities among others into an integrated value proposition to drive both cost savings and improved top line growth for the client.
This role is key to determine a robust an optimal model solution for the specific requirement.
Design will determine guidelines for success of business operations delivery in the implementation and run phase.

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Math, Finance or similar
Minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following Industry Offerings Sales Operations, Procurement Supply Chain, Human Resources, Marketing and or Finance
Proven ability to work with Microsoft Office suite.
Master in Excel.
Extremely comfortable working with large multi tab, excel models pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas, to define business solutions proposals.
Savvy PowerPoint user and presenter Experience Knowledge of RPA, Mini Bots and other automation technologies
Master in visual basic programming
Savvy in analytics dashboards such as Tableau, Qlickview
Knowledge in Spend Modeling and Supply Chain analytics
