Receive and respond to inbound calls, chats, e-mail and customer messaging requests; gather and verify required information regarding bank accounts, by the moment is going to be primary chat, phone will be added in the future and candidates must know.

Is going to be primary costumer service but fraud is going to be added in the future.Requirements : HSD6 months of call center experience with proven chat experience required (contact center chat experience is required).

Call center experience of 6-months to 12-months supporting banking / collections / fraud *preferredDemonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical functionsSchedule flexibilityAble to rotate shifts as needed with notice
