Functions and responsibilities
Provide financial support to the General Manager of the Country, ensuring that all processes are carried out following the Colgate Financial Policies.
Develop and enhance the performance of your team, managing the processes of performance and development (PM & D) with quality and time.
Be the first point of contact with the tax authorities and provide information with the support of the regional Tax team.
Work with CBS to ensure that local payments are completed on time.
Work with the Sales Controlling and CDT Finance Analyst area to ensure that the loans are managed in accordance with the Colgate Financial Policies.
Guarantee the timely payment of clients by following up on visits to solve problems and other related issues.
Support activities related to SOX as necessary.
Work with the local external council and the Regional Legal Department to review legal cases as necessary.
Be the first point of contact with employees for issues related to Human Resources as necessary.
Perform any other function related to your position.

Bachelor of Business Administration or related administrative / financial careers
Minimum 4 years in the financial area and / or related areas
Desirable knowledge in the management of Ms Office, Windows, Lotus Notes, SAP and Business Warehouse.
Basic Knowledge in Labor Laws, Fiscal Laws.
Basic Knowledge in Human Resources Processes and Personnel Management.
