Tools / Legal Technology

  • Automate manual processes, digitize physical tasks, and improve speed and quality through the strategic deployment of technology solutions.
  • Assess emerging technology capabilities and recommend long-term strategic planning.
  • Lead and develop process flows for tools such as Nintex, Microsoft Flow, and DocuSign CLM
  • Learn and become an expert in automation and process management tools
  • Conduct end-to-end solution development activities such as requirements, design, development, testing and support activities
  • Work closely with project manager, business and technology partners to ensure that functional and technical designs will meet the requirements of the business and comply with internal IT standards and guidelines
  • Business Intelligence

  • Design and develop new apps and digital tools using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards with underlying data using visualization software (i.e. Power BI)
  • Analyze trends for inefficiencies to improve upon Legal Operations processes and business flow
  • Ensure reporting needs and report requests are accurate and completed on time
  • Team Training & Development

  • Provide local administrative management / team lead to Legal Operations Shared Services
  • Responsibilities include : Participate in the acquisition of Shared Services resources Manage prioritization of work for Shared Services team members Optimize and implement training plans for team members Nurture a strong sense of team culture through communication and training
  • Implement training programs that support team development and skill set
  • Drive positive Change

  • Pro-actively and independently resolve complex challenges where precedent may not exist.
  • Analytically identify and advance strategic improvement opportunities.
  • Provide general support to the global Legal Operations team.
  • Pre-Requisite Knowledge and Skills


  • Experience in SharePoint / Nintex development AND / OR experience in Power BI or other data analytical software
  • Go-getter ability to push the walls and get results even in challenging conditions
  • People / Team Management experience a plus
  • General Management, Project Management, Legal or Technology background preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills, excellent written and oral communication
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience delivering analytical solutions to meet complex business requirements
  • Experience in process improvements and efficiencies in workflows
  • Creative entrepreneurial mind, consistently looking for ways to improve / enhance processes, find efficiencies, outside the box thinking
