As a business systems analyst, you will play integral role supporting in implementing, maintaining, and rolling out improvements to Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) and Workday Recruiting.

You will work closely with our Global Talent Organization team to deliver an outstanding experience for prospects, candidates and talent function.

In this business facing role, you will need to build positive relationships and drive teamwork across teams that can turn broad abstract business needs into scalable technology solutions.

What you’ll do

Own all aspects of CRM support / business needs for the Talent Team

Perform business analysis, gather and document requirements, recommend and present implementation plans as needed.

Perform CRM configuration and customization based on business requirements

Evaluate and implement any add-ons to enhance the CRM system.

Serve as SME for CRM technology questions

Partners with vendor on issue resolutions.

Collaborate with tech partners and solution architects to drive Talent Acquisition tech roadmap considering end to end solutions for the exceptional candidate and talent experience.

Frequently leads functional testing of new system features, upgrades and module releases evaluating the impact to existing process

Set testing criteria, perform testing, and collaborate with business units to complete testing with objective to deliver quality product

Contribute to change management and training efforts

Clearly explain sophisticated technical ideas to non-technical team members and partners

Prepare documentation related to requirements, testing and functional design as needed

Performs functional systems administrator duties to maintain day to day operations of CRM including building and generating operational reports from phenom

Proactively seek innovative ways to improve the technology landscape

Continue to help enable a self-service environment, promoting standardization, scalability, and simplicity

What you need to succeed :

2-3 years HR technology project implementation or equivalent experience with proven results in developing business requirements, deploying applicable technologies and business process re-engineering

Understanding of HR processes for talent acquisition including candidate management, prospect / lead management, event management, scheduling and interviewing.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with Candidate Relationship management (CRM) and / or Workday Recruiting

Experience implementing, supporting, evaluating Workday Recruiting / PhenomPeople or any other recruiting technology a huge plus.

Customer orientation and superb communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly with both technical and functional audiences.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy; ability to do root cause analysis to guide decisions and action plans where limited foundational / framework exists.
