The Challenge :

The Associate Partner Manager (A-PM) is a sales professional that uses thoughtful tactical and programmatic approaches to build, lead, and drive Adobe license sales within the Solution Led Adobe Sales Segment through our Technology Partnerships.

The A- PM will work in close alignment with Adobe and Technology Partner Enterprise field sellers and sales leadership driving a high velocity motion helping our partners grow their businesses and driving Adobe incremental ASV.

Purpose of Role :

Support and Grow Solution Led Accounts and Annual Subscription Value (ASV) through tight partnership with our Strategic Technology Partners

Serve as trusted advisor and valued partner to the Adobe field bringing to bear net new ASV and deal acceleration

Build key relationships with Adobe and Partner field leadership, carrying out enablement, account planning at scale, and building / governing joint pipeline

Nurture and grow our partners success and consumption

Responsibilities :

Own and deliver against the Adobe sales targets with and through Tech Partners in the defined region

Become a trusted advisor to help build sales opportunity plans across both Adobe and Tech Partner field organizations

Develop key high value relationships with the field organization and influencers, including Adobe and our partners first line managers

Create effective and detailed account plans for Tech Partner sales reps to help generate opportunities

Enable Tech Partners and the Adobe field on our value together and with customers

Process and qualify incoming leads from account based marketing activities and joint Adobe / Tech Partner events

Work closely with PMs to define propensity, whitespace models, program strategies, and focused sales plays to identify accounts to align and nurture into early stage pipeline for qualification

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education & experience

Completion of a top tier SaaS Inside Sales Program or similar

2+ years of experience in sales, channel sales, channel marketing or business development

Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred

Self-motivated, great teammate who has a strong drive to exceed goals

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Willingness to travel up to 25% for partner or customer meetings, marketing events, and specialized projects

Ability to develop strong relationships and inspire change
