What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with strong leadership and delivery focus to join our awesome team! This person will work closely with stakeholders across Gorilla Logic as well as working collaboratively with our VP Global Talent Acquisition.
You need to have a solid foundation in leadership as well as experience in high-growth teams, volume recruiting and working in the software development world.
We are also seeking someone extremely savvy in working with data and analytics to partner with our Talent Acquisition Operations Manager making recruiting funnel metrics.

For those that prefer a home environment, this position can be 100% remote. We are growing incredibly fast, and currently have a lot of growth in Costa Rica, Colombia and Colorado, US.
