The Opportunity

The Demand Generation Senior Manager is responsible for developing and implementing demand generation programs in our marketing automation platform for the DX target accounts.

You will be responsible for generating new pipeline, translating marketing priorities into a demand gen strategy across multiple marketing automation platforms, and leading a growing team of demand generation managers.

Collaborate cross-functionally with key leaders across DX Marketing, Marketing Measurement & Operations, and Sales to drive innovation and capabilities needed to effectively implement programs and drive greater operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is a natural leader that can motivate a team and is collaborative, analytical, a problem solver, and an effective influencer.

We're looking for a leader with a strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, the ability to drive strategy through data, inspire change through influence, and exceptional project management skills for success in this role.

What You'll Do

Understand the overall business and marketing priorities for the segment, translate that into a demand strategy, and guide a team through program planning and execution

Inspire the demand team on strategic programs and lead them as a player-coach with a no-task-is-too-small for your approach.

Develop deep domain / segment expertise in order to build audience segmentations and target audience profiles that drive program strategies

Take an iterative data-driven approach to understand the efficacy of various programs to grow and optimize them effectively

Drive program and martech innovation through strong partnership with marketing operations; clearly articulate the case and requirements for feature enhancements

Optimize the buyer’s journey from awareness to product evaluation. Leverage behavioral and predictive data to connect various personas with relevant content across their lifecycle, guided by data-driven insights.

Lead the relationship with the Segment Marketing team and forge strong communication on program plans and performance

Partner and coordinate with other leaders in the digital marketing center of excellence to deliver a cohesive and consistent customer-centric experience

Manage up" and promptly communicate your impact, blockers and recommendations

Produce scale and efficiency in process and execution at every stage of the funnel through cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, BDRs, MOPs)

Continually monitor key performance metrics; provide meaningful insights that get to the why and lead to action

What you need to succeed

2-4 years of experience in demand marketing, email marketing, and / or marketing automation

Marketo Certified Expert

Big picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail; understand the overall business and marketing strategy, translate that into a demand strategy and guide the team through execution

A high bar for quality of marketing programs and a willingness to work closely with team members to develop skills and mentor high-potential individuals

Naturally collaborative and low-ego with a dedication to putting business needs first

Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships

Exceptional written and presentation skills

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

Colorado Starting Salary : $123,200 - $160,000

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
