We are agile, believe in continuous improvement, and always seek to enhance employee experience in everything we do. As a Global Equity Consultant, you will contribute to a team that delivers flawless administration of the Company’s Long-term Incentive program and UK Share Incentive Plan.
Contributions of a Global Equity Consultant may include :
Conducting or reviewing outputs of daily, weekly, and monthly pro-active audits of equity data to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
Reviewing equity transaction activity for accuracy, inclusive of transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases and stock purchase plan activities
Executing Global Equity's role in the equity award process, including reviewing award materials, loading and validating grant and vesting records to the equity administration platform, reconciling awards, mapping award agreements, and tracking award acceptances
Preparing monthly Available & Outstanding reports and reconciling equity data with Benefits Accounting
Conducting tax withholding analyses to ensure compliance of equity-related financial transactions with Company tax policies, plan rules and global tax and reporting standards
Preparing equity transaction reporting
Providing consultation and guidance related to equity transactions resulting from participant and stakeholder requests
Reviewing and maintaining equity administration processes and documentation
Producing ad-hoc data analytics in support of ongoing equity operations
Performing other equity-related tasks, as requested
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
3+ years of experience in equity administration or similar discipline preferred
Experience working with a variety of stock plan products including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans is preferred
Designation as a Certified Equity Professional is an advantage
Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), processes and interrelationships of data transfers
Understanding of Microsoft Excel
Ability to research and convert findings into specific actionable recommendations
