Join the global CI nation team as the Lead CI Program Mgr Governance and Branding. This global role will report to the Sr Director of CI & CX.
This role consists of four major areas a) establish and own global governance processes across all levels of the organization, b) own the internal branding in conjunction with the global branding team, c) own the technology platform and d) link the CI improvement leaders with the business to advance CI Nation as the tool agnostic improvement philosophy of Align.
In this role, you will
Be responsible to collaborate with the global marketing team to advance the internal branding of the CI Nation framework.
Establish and own the global governance process for idea funneling as it relates to simplification
Own the advancement, governance and budget for the Kainexus platform as the core improvement tool across the organization
Support our global CI leaders to advance the framework in a thoughtful, tool agnostic, yet aggressive way tailoring the progress to the needs of Align Technology, Inc.
Deliver operating mechanisms to monitor progress, communicate stories and create management routines to support our transformation towards empowered, engaged employees and better partnership with our customers.
Develop internal forums, partner with external groups and collaborate with HR to integrate CI nation into all aspects of the employee journey at Align.
In this role, you’ll need
A bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience and at least 10 years’ experience in Process improvement, brand marketing or technology.
Passion and multiple years of expertise for continuous improvement and collaboration with employees across all levels of the organization
A proven track record and experience negotiating and interacting with third party technology and other vendors
Ability to work in an ambiguous, self motivating environment with little day to day oversight in a matrixed global environment
Ability to work with and influence stakeholders from all levels in the organization towards operating mechanisms, routines and new simplified processes
Travel globally approx. 20% of time
