The purpose of this job is to provide finance support for the global Services organizations. This position will work directly with key leaders within the Services organizations to deliver timely and accurate financial information related to the results of operations, budgeting and forecasting.
The Candidate will be expected to analyse financial information, identify trends, make recommendations, collect information, and prepare reports for key business owners.
The person in this role will be responsible for giving guidance to his / her internal customers by using his / her finance and accounting knowledge as well as utilizing the finance domain experts across the organization.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with areas such as USGAAP, financial reporting, forecasting and analysis, budgeting, and return on investment analysis.
Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working in a cross-functional atmosphere, have a customer focused personality and be comfortable with working in a complex, fast-moving, multi-national company.
Annual Budget process and monthly tracking.
Coordinate with Services organizations to prepare and present Billings, COGS, and operating expense forecasts.
Analyse financial information, identify trends, make recommendations, collect information and prepare reports.
Financial reporting and analysis including : Global Services Billings, Post-Sales and Professional Services P&L’s, Product Pull and margins, OPEX to COGS and Deferred COGS, Inputs to BU P&L’s,
Month end close activities including preparation of COGS Recognition journal entry, cross charges, COGS Deferral and other miscellaneous adjustment.
Engage Finance / Accounting domain experts on behalf of the Services organizations.
Promote customer service and a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to deliver world class service.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Intermidate advanced english level (B2+ and above)
The candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience
Finance or Accounting degree required
Accounting / GAAP knowledge
Having CPA, CFA, CMA or MBA qualifications would be an advantage
Experience with FP&A / BI software (Hyperion, SAP Financials, Oracle, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience working in a multi-national environment be an advantage
Experience working in a high-tech environment would be an advantage
Oracle ERP system experience a plus
