DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Analyze and process credit request from all Business Units in accordance with predetermined SLAs
Execute maintenance in accounts for all Business units.
Work with business and cross functional teams in obtaining requirements in order to perform the set ups and maintenance of the accounts.
Use excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships, with Sales Department and Stores in US;
share recommendations and escalate as needed.
Customer service for North America
Troubleshoots various inquiries with appropriate research and problem-solving techniques by applying limited judgment and discretion.
Timely completion of urgent deliverables, prioritize and organize the work according to the established guidelines.
Uses assigned tools and defined procedures for work assignments and projects.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
Strong knowledge in Credit Risk Analysis (At least 1 year).
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or related career in progress.
At least 1 year in actual position. (required).
Advanced English Skills B2+ or C1+(required).
