  • Analyze and process credit request from all Business Units in accordance with predetermined SLAs
  • Execute maintenance in accounts for all Business units.
  • Work with business and cross functional teams in obtaining requirements in order to perform the set ups and maintenance of the accounts.
  • Use excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships, with Sales Department and Stores in US;
  • share recommendations and escalate as needed.

  • Customer service for North America
  • Troubleshoots various inquiries with appropriate research and problem-solving techniques by applying limited judgment and discretion.
  • Timely completion of urgent deliverables, prioritize and organize the work according to the established guidelines.
  • Uses assigned tools and defined procedures for work assignments and projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong knowledge in Credit Risk Analysis (At least 1 year).
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or related career in progress.
  • At least 1 year in actual position. (required).
  • Advanced English Skills B2+ or C1+(required).
