Adobe is looking for a Sr Marketing Manager, B2B Demand Generation. The position is on the Adobe Stock campaign team. You will own developing and implementing strategies to acquire new Stock and CC Pro Edition customers.
Who are we looking for? A self-starter, savvy with marketing technology, data-loving, possessing excellent writing skills, and able to work across teams.
Your role is to craft the strategy for using multiple channels to run demand generation campaigns across content syndication, digital advertising, e-mail, ABM, and more.

What you'll do.
Develop and coordinate the execution of global B2B demand generation strategy for Adobe Stock and CC Pro Edition from budgeting, target setting, reporting, and optimization across the entire customer lifecycle.
Collaborate with product, regional marketing, and analytics to understand consumer segmentation and behavior as well as identify customer insights to apply in lifecycle marketing.
Attend weekly Sales and Sales Operations syncs to ensure alignment between sales motions and marketing campaigns, as well as translate on-ground sales rep feedback into measurable optimizations.
Partner closely with internal, cross-functional teams like Performance Media to efficiently deploy media spend across digital advertising tactics (SEM, Display, Social, etc.
and Owned Media (e-mail and in-product messaging) to drive nurture and lead-gen campaigns.
Lead content syndication programs across 3rd party publishers and marketplaces while optimizing our content offering across Adobe.com.
Partner with regional leads to build local account-based marketing campaigns.
Continuously optimize marketing activities, test new channels to improve return on investment, surface content gaps, fine tune lead scoring, and improve weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting.
Who we're looking for.
You have 6+ years of proven experience working in fast-paced high-growth environment with a focus on demand generation / lead generation including content syndication.
Self-starter, can work independently to resolve issues, and takes ownership of projects and processes
Expertise in establishing, reporting on, and optimizing against key business metrics for all campaigns.
Quick learning, well-rounded customer centric marketer with a strong handle on marketing automation tools and B2B ad platforms.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, JIRA, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI and / or Tableau preferred.
Comfortable working with sales and GTM leadership to communicate marketing updates, drive projects to desired results, and trouble-shoot issues.

Proven business results through testing and deploying effective marketing campaigns across different channels.
Acute attention to detail, time management, and organization skills.
Strong writing, data analysis, project management, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
