Technical Skills :
Previous job experience in a high-technology industry preferred
Typically requires 2+ years of experience in an area related to this function.
MS Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Word, and SharePoint), with advanced MS Outlook and Excel skills
Specific level of advanced software skills as required by the work unit
Procurement Coordinator :
Develop, edit, lead SOWs and or MSAs through to completion
Act as a point of contact for vendors to resolve procurement / finance issues
Highlighting gaps in commercial agreements on terms / conditions and resolving those
Administering project supply, services, and purchase orders to suppliers
Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure business needs are met
Work with many parts of the organization while supporting general purchasing needs along with daily interactions with strategic procurement within a supply chain & Operations group
Gathering and reporting information as well as ensuring prescribed processes and deadlines are met
Creating and issuing purchase orders in support of global indirect / direct procurement needs, including procurement for consulting services and payments for country-based fees.
Drafting and or editing unsigned statement of work documents
Finalizing statement of work documents, including review for accuracy and completeness
as well as coordinating signatures.
Aligning statements of work with their corresponding purchase orders.
Managing statement of work and purchase order timelines to meet specific budget and
Administering project supply, services, and purchase orders to suppliers.
Negotiating to get the best possible pricing and payment options.
Working with many parts of the organization while supporting general purchasing needs,
along with daily interactions with strategic procurement within a supply chain & operations group.
As identified, providing support for the organization’s financial duties, including budgeting,
PO report reconciliation, invoice problem resolution, MS Excel report creation, and other duties as assigned.
Budget management : Meet budget targets consistently; follow up with the SPC
team / Vendors to meet forecasted spends; provide status as needed to the managers staff.
Productivity initiatives & process improvements : SPS Focal point for Ariba system
Process Skills :
Set up own workspace, loading / unloading software, and general problem-solving.
Has the ability to work with multiple issues / projects and has the experience / ability to support more than one employee’s requests
Behavioral Skills :
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and in Spanish; strong organizational skills are a MUST.
