Customer Logistics Coordinator

Position with flexible location in Costa Rica, Guatemala or Panamá)


  • Act as first point of contact for all customer service projects linked with collaboration strategy in CH / PH / RAD to deliver best in class service for the principal stakeholders, managing the right involvement of different areas.
  • This role is also responsible for supporting all the performance of customer service metrics and for implementing all customer excellence program in the region.
  • Leading the customer service management in CH / PH / RAD to deliver best in class service for the principal stakeholders.
  • Connect and develop long term relations with key customers to understand their models and expectation to provide feedback for our SCM&O2C operations.
  • Actively manage and engage with key customers, O2C, W&D, commercial and business partners through regular dialogue to develop and execute joint operational plans, including but not limited to commercial policies and delivery plans.
  • Also lead and support all the strategy and execution of the Customer Collaboration program for Centro.

  • Lead and monitory the customer service performance forms our operations.
  • Lead the customer service excellence program to be a reference in the health care sector for being a preferred supplier.
  • Key partner in all G2M Transformation for Centro Network to deliver Service and W&D Efficiency strategy, not only achieving efficacy improvements but also delivering according to customer expectations and metrics.
  • Develop the customer collaboration program for top customers and ensure the alignment of this program with divisional targets and strategy.
  • Partnership with regional and global team to develop the customer assessment to ensure an annual measurement form a customer perspective linked with our strategy.

  • University professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • MBA or Project Management Post-graduate studies.

  • 4-6 years in SCM or O2C operations, Customer Service, knowledge of Logistics, Supply Chain, distribution and deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain operation with particular focus on customer service.
  • Project Management and SAP desirable.
  • Prior experience in leading customer projects form SCM&O2C perspective strongly preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and comfortable working with all levels of management skills. regulatory requirements.
  • Advanced English (oral & written) required.
