We are looking for a Data Development Automation Specialist to join our growing team of analytics experts. This team member will design, implement, test, and optimize automation scripts and programs using Automation Anywhere to feed other related systems.
This team member will collaborate with departmental leadership to determine existing automation capabilities and future opportunities, creating detailed project road maps for automation projects that support our business objectives.
What you’ll be doing
Responsible for deploying scripts and other proactive maintenance activities to keep the Data Development automated services up and running
Implement Automation to improve operational efficiency.
Integration with SCM Tools
Builder experience developing scripts for process automation (e.g. VBA Macros, Automation Anywhere)
Ability to configure and support API and Opensource integrations
Designing & developing data models to support data visualizations
Designing & developing interactive dashboards for data exploration and audit sample selection
Analytical experience using advance analytics tools (R, Python, etc.) to solve complex business problems
Strong multi-tasking skills and an ability to independently manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Ability to communicate complex information to a broad audience with professional oral and written communication skills
Engage with cross-functional co-located teams in design, development and implementation of data loading processes related to enabling higher developer productivity, and environment monitoring.
Will require tier 1 and tier 2 support of production systems on a rotation basis with other team members
Ability to produce architectural artifacts or evaluate engineering solutions
What your background looks like
2+ years of work experience in similar roles
Good understanding on RPA framework
Knowledge and basic experience in at least one of the following programming languages : R, Python, Visual Basic, Java.
Working experience with monitoring tools like SPLUNK
Experience in configuration management tool a plus
Strong Automation and Problem-solving skills and ability to follow through to completion
Ability to work directly with end clients or operations analysts
Experience working in Agile environments
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or shiny to enable data visualization
Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers
Must be able to clear the company’s pre-employment screening
