This global role will lead the segmentation and success measurements within the Filed direct Services delivery team. He / she will develop the business cases, help analyzing business needs and requirements.
Ensures good understanding of costs and investments required by the different services delivery programs. He / she will work with regional services delivery teams and subject matter experts to analyze and document business processes
Job Description :
Establish a governance model between region and countries for running critical projects
Manages stakeholder relationships
Manages complex multifunction and / or global relationships with senior and executive stakeholder
Provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for key contributors
Partner with country / regional field delivery team in driving operational efficiency improvement projects
Assists Country operations teams in developing control plans to ensure that necessary and sufficient information and analysis exists to understand the root cause drivers of partner performance.
Applies subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
Project management certification such as PMP / PMI certification preferred.
Lean Six Sigma or other Quality certification preferred.
Typically 10- 12 years of experience
Advanced English Level
Knowledge and Skills :
Extensive experience in using project and program planning tools to create, manage, and track project results.
Top notch analytical and problem solving skills.
Should demonstrate business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixes teams and resources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English language.
Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
Strong understanding of end to end Service delivery operation- Internal and external
