Job Summary :
Reporting directly to the Manager, Demand Center Team, you’ll play a key role in delivering marketing campaigns using digital and marketing automation technologies (Eloqua).
You will be responsible for implementing campaigns from creating HTML email and landing pages to monitoring performance of email campaigns, and marketing leads in Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) and Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems
You will be working closely with the Marketing communications team in the execution and tracking of marketing campaigns leveraging the marketing campaign strategy to generate demand and drive leads with measurable results through Eloqua marketing automation tool and Siebel on Demand CRM.
This role has critical links to Marketing Operations & Demand Center, Lead Management.
Job Responsibilities :
Using the MAP, CRM, Equifax USA Marketing Communication and Demand Generation processes, you will :
Segment marketing database and customer databases for target audience / market profiling and marketing campaign distribution.
Build and test marketing, nurturing and customer renewal campaigns including email, landing pages / microsite, and online forms using our campaign templates and email best practice.
Using the automated campaign workflow, deploy marketing campaigns according to requirements including the required audience, assets, decisions and action steps.
Track, monitor and report on campaign progress through the Eloqua Insight and CRM to help the marketing team in connecting the dots, close the loop on our marketing activities and help us make decision that drive revenue.
Analyze campaign data to measure campaign performance, provide insights and make adjustments as needed.
Monitor, track and update contact database for CAN-SPAM compliance and meet data governance data currency and completeness.
Administer external calls to ensure successful inbound and outbound events and updates between Eloqua and Siebel on Demand.
Proficient knowledge in Marketing Automation (Eloqua), CRM platforms such as Siebel on Premise, and Saleslogix
Strong written / verbal communication skills English-Spanish (B2-90%)
Microsoft Office with intermediate skills in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Working knowledge of HTML and creative design tools
Proficient knowledge in data management
Post secondary School Education
General knowledge of Marketing processes and operations
