We are looking for an analytics manager to build the next generation of testing and web analytics capabilities for Adobe.
com. This role is critical in driving value for Adobe across our Creative Cloud and Document Cloud businesses, and will be supporting our team’s efforts to optimize the customer experience and bring new customers to Adobe.
Our ideal candidate has an outstanding blend of analytics and technical expertise in addition to experience driving analytics and data projects in matrixed organizations.
This role will work with various teams across Adobe, building relationships and partnering to roll out new analytics tools and processes to drive insight for our business.
What you will do :
Lead analytics capability development for the Digital Media testing and web analytics team, including implementation of measurement and development of metrics standards and analytic tools
Drive Customer Zero efforts to promote internal usage of Adobe Experience Cloud products and work with Adobe product managers to provide vital feedback and propose product improvements
Understand key business priorities and goals for Adobe.com to create a measurement and analytics tool roadmap for the site to support sales and marketing goals
Partner with technology, marketing, and go to market teams to build out requirements for new analytics capabilities
Lead strategic analytics implementation projects and present clearly communicated findings that lead to impactful insights for key partners
Build data pipelines and reporting solutions, mostly on and around Adobe Analytics clickstream data
Partner with the Adobe.com analytics enablement team to understand, validate and architect instrumentation and data flow
What you need to succeed :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field is required, masters preferred
8+ years of relevant professional experience
Experience leading cross organizational data projects with a track record of building analytics tools, processes and capabilities for a large matrixed organization
Expertise in testing and web analytics tools (especially Adobe Experience Cloud tools)
Strong proficiency in querying, manipulating and analyzing large data sets using SQL
Ability to persistently navigate organizational challenges without losing sight of key goals
Ideal candidate can communicate clearly, concisely, effectively across multiple levels within the organization
Preferred Skills :
Strong working knowledge and experience implementing analytics tools across the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of products
Project management skill set
Web Analytics and A / B test design experience is highly desired
Solid understanding of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
Knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistical modeling techniques and data mining concepts is desirable
