We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Manager that can bring strong project management skills and a thorough attention to detail across multiple clients and projects.
This person will be accountable for keeping projects on track and on budget with the appropriate foresight to proactively manage risks and escalate them when necessary.
As a member of a larger team, this individual will need strong communications skills to ensure their team is equipped with everything they need to deliver work on time while maintaining internal productivity goals.
This person will support the Regional Capability Lead in properly scoping out new business opportunities and ongoing resourcing needs, as well as proactively listening for opportunities to grow existing accounts.
With both internal and client-facing responsibilities, a strong agency creative background is essential, as this role requires a working knowledge of digital production practices, tactics, technologies and strategy.
Working across multiple departments, this person is expected to proactively engage in the sharing of knowledge with the larger creative production capability, and know when to pull in various department expertise to support project decision-making.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or a related field
Background in digital production and passionate about staying informed of new technologies and applying them to our teams and client work
Experience managing digital production teams at scale
Experienced in cross-team collaboration with UX, Stakeholders, and production
Experience in Application or Product Development strongly preferred
Experience in developing and delivering professional weekly status reports for multiple projects, change management oversight, coordination, and communication, and monthly rhythm of the business presentations that provide project status, issues, risks, mitigation plans, and timelines to senior management
Ability to create and maintain release schedule and process flows and diagrams
Effective communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of managed services developers and business owners
Own and manage end to end sc enarios with stakeholders and data
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Work with clients and the Regional Capability Lead to establish specific goals and KPIs that indicate success and ensure tactics help achieve those goals
Make tactical strategic recommendations on how to help clients achieve their goals through Prodigious’ service line capabilities
Provide strategic recommendations for optimizing and improving tactics specific to Prodigious’ service lines on an ongoing basis
Leverage expertise from our team to help influence strategic direction and decisions
Responsible for keeping a pulse on your team's workload and elevating accordingly when team members are under / over resourced
Ensure team members are aware of relevant tasks, deadlines, and requirements
Support team members in motivating them to deliver their best work
Inform the team of pertinent updates, both internal and client-related, relevant to the projects they’re working on
Confirm team members are hitting individual billable goals and the team as a whole is hitting target billable rates.
Communicate to your Regional Capability Lead if you feel your team is not on track to hit their goals
Responsible for ensuring projects and tasks are completed on time and on budget
Continuously audit service line project management processes and suggest improvements
Utilize service line process documents, tools, and trackers to support you in successfully managing projects
Regularly communicate with Onshore teams to ensure projects are laddering up to the client's overarching goals and business objectives
Proactively communicate when you foresee any potential project risks or concerns and work together to come up with a solution
Translate tactical strategy into a task-based project plan focused on reaching client goals
Ensure proper project documentation is being completed at every phase and evolve as needed
Understand the health and status of your projects at all times
Manage client expectations and ensure understanding of project status and project timeline at all times
Manage day-to-day relationships for field clients, serving as the primary point of contact
