As a CI Methodology Expert in your respective region (RSS Ops APAC, RSS Ops Americas, RSS Ops Europe), you will ensure that the strategic value of Continuous Improvement is acknowledged, educated and applied in the organisation.

You will drive continuous improvement activities in a customer centric way while delivering high quality outcomes in collaboration with other stakeholders and team members of Continuous Improvement Network.

What you'll be working on :

Provide Lean Six Sigma & Project Management expertise aligned with Business Process Excellence principles. Apply structured and disciplined methodology to identify data-driven root causes.

Challenge existing ways of working within Procurement, Finance, HR and IT. Support harmonization of processes across Finance, Procurement and IT.

  • Lead continuous improvement / optimization of processes / services, facilitate successful implementation of new services;
  • promote the process toward an automated environment

    Develop and provide training on process excellence methodologies (e.g. Kaizen Leader, LSS WB, LSS GB)

    Work with stakeholders to create a culture and a community of continuous improvement across RSS, including fostering idea generation.

    The Ideal Candidate :

    Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt with hands-on experience (5+ years), ideally in an environment with transactional processes (Finance, Procurement, IT).

    Shared service sector experience is a plus.

    Education : University Degree (ideally in industrial engineering, business administration, or science). Preferably Master, Bachelor with appropriate experience might be considered

    Consultancy, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills

    Analytical, problem solving and time management skills

    Cross cultural sensitivity

    Fluency in English

    Availability to travel

    Customer Advocacy : Understands the customer requirements / expectations and translates them into process steps.

    Business Acumen : Quickly understands how the business operates and is capable of providing value added solutions
