Audit Expense Reports by controlling that all North America Expense Reports meet with Travel Policy and follow up any discrepancy with the employees.
Management and maintenance of Fixed Assets.
Intercompany invoice and reconciliation processes.
Prepare Maintenance Contracts reports during the month.
Prepare closing reports such as FA forecast files, Balance sheet reconciliation reports.
Assure all inventory accounts are properly coded and propose adjustments if required.
Monthly close assistance as required.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED :
Ability to implement process improvements.
Driving for results.
Customer focus.
English Communication skills (verbal / written).
Corporate accounting knowledge.
Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Oracle & HFM helpful but not required.
