The Digital Experience (DX) Marketing Measurement and Operations (MM&O) team is looking for a results-oriented, data-driven Lead Analyst to accelerate our fast-growing business and team.
EX is an exciting, constantly evolving space that needs your skillset to drive marketing insights and generate long-term value for Adobe and its customers.
We are passionate about diving deep into the data and building solutions to help our partners scale across Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
In this role, you are tasked with analyzing data, implementing new initiatives, and communicating insights to drive marketing effectiveness and planning.
What you'll Do
Quantify the impact of major marketing initiatives and communicate findings to key leaders in the DX Marketing Organization
Manage and run business reporting to ensure data accuracy, process excellence, and marketing mix optimization
Drive analytics and measurement initiatives across all marketing channels
Apply rigorous analytical methods to expand marketing’s ability to articulate impact to driving progression of opportunities through the marketing / sales lifecycle
Deliver campaign performance outputs for ROI measurement and financial planning
Communicate analytical results and business insights with executives from Marketing, Finance, and Sales
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and collect inputs, and provide marketing budget recommendations to global leaders
What You Need To Succeed
Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science or other relevant fields, and hands-on job experience with analytics
Advanced SQL and Excel required
Experience with using R or Python for exploratory data analysis
Track record of business impact and navigating complex processes and discussion
Motivated and intellectually curious individual who is ready to dig into data, pay high attention to detail, and build solutions to problems
Ability to extract and synthesize large sets of data and communicate the story at an executive level
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a diverse team and build cooperative relationships with colleagues and partners across the company
A high degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly
