Mondelez International is looking for vacancy : Sales Recruiter. Position Purpose The successful Recruiter candidate will be responsible for the sourcing and recruitment efforts for hiring needs across a geographically dispersed organization.
This role will build relationships and work closely with Hiring Managers to define sourcing strategies, gather and understand the position requirements to effectively identify talent that is aligned with the scope and responsibilities of the role.
When partnering with the Hiring Manager, the recruiter will serve as a primary source of recruitment advice, consultation and education on best practices to fill roles in the most efficient and effective way possible.
Along with these duties you will be determining, negotiating, and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.
Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met. As additional duties for this recruiter a successful understanding of the role is needed since quality assurance reviews will be completed on the requisitions managed by the recruiters for Sales positions SG4 and under. Main Responsibilities
This person will develop and execute progressive integrated recruitment solutions using multiple avenues including direct sourcing, social networking, industry networking, employee referrals, Internet sourcing, targeted advertising, college and community outreach.
The recruiter will manage internal and external job posting procedures, capturing applicant flow accurately and consistently leveraging the applicant tracking system (Taleo).
This role is accountable to ensuring that all recruitment procedures are consistent for all positions to ensure compliance with EEOC recruitment and government requirements.
The Recruiter will utilize their understanding of the processes to complete quality assurance evaluations on a regular basis.
After these evaluations, this recruiter will be able to analyze the team data to create actions plans, for instance re training, refresher sessions, etc.
