Position Purpose & SummaryCargill Business Services (CBS) is looking at accelerating the deployment of Robotic Process Automation solutions within its centers (San Jose primarily, Uberlandia, Sofia, Bangalore and Nanjing).
This position will be responsible for executing the RPA portfolio for San Jose CBS functions (HR, IT, Finance, Transportation & Logistics, MDM and Strategic Sourcing & Procurement to drive productivity, cost efficiency and quality improvement.
The RPA configuration specialist will support center under general supervision on standard and moderately complex automation development activities.
This includes : RPA planning and execution, technical analysis and design, configuration and development, bot testing, implementation, and maintenance across various processes within CBS SJO.
This position would also support in the expansion of existing BOTs to centers outside of San Jose. Principal Accountabilities60% Develop, test, Deploy RPA bots and maintain and provide support for existing bots across various CBS processes
Perform technical feasibility for pre-identified projects.
Design bot solution to support to be model.
Develop bot with the agreed automation tool.
Work closely with business users during UAT and hyper care period.
Perform root cause analysis and trouble shoot any issue with an existing bot.
Provide guidance regarding timeline to solve issues.30% Relationship and Service Management :
Develops and maintains relationships and interacts with business SMEs to develop a substantial and broad understanding of the business and goals.
Keeps an open channel of communication with users and responds to RPA development requests and needs.
Under limited supervision communicates and interacts directly with business SMEs via telephone, email or web interface to provide solutions to requirements or questions.
Develops and maintains relationships and acts as a primary contact with internal managers and staff as well as third-party vendors as needed to provide appropriate RPA services and support.
Prepare and execute training of new members.
Develop recommendations related to service expectations. 10% Execute non RPA related projects.
Manage workload and priorities to deliver agreed upon project milestones.
As part of a broader Continuous Improvement team, other project might be assigned related but not limited to : oSharepointoAnalytics (Power BI)oVBA / SQL developments.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
3+ years relevant work experience.
English Level at B2+
Strong track record of delivering complex work on time
Advanced office suite knowledge (Excel, Access)
Experience working in a virtual, global environment
Ability to manage time, balance multiple tasks and constantly work with changing priorities
Experience in a start-up environment with considerable ambiguity
Proactive self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently
