We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team!
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Experience Finance team as we continue to propel the business through data-driven forecasts and provide influential insights.
This individual will lead a wide range of activities in support of business decisions and management reporting. You will partner closely with senior level business and finance leaders to work through all aspects of financial planning and reporting.
In this role, you will develop and streamline consistent processes, own the consolidation process for a P&L, and be a contributor on various projects and initiatives.

What you will do
Provide strategic and tactical support to ensure timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of bookings, revenue, expense, and headcount.
Design, implement and maintain business metrics to measure performance against operational goals, identify emerging trends and provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth & results.
Prepare and contribute to executive presentations, telling the story of business performance, utilizing high impact visuals, with compelling insights.
Engage with Finance, Strategy, and Operations teams to understand drivers in business models.
Lead projects to drive automation and operational improvement, reducing time to deliver, while improving accuracy
Build financial models, run scenario analysis and provide data analytics to identify areas of risk and opportunity.
What you need to succeed
1-3 years of finance experience (preferred software industry).
Positive demeanor, collaborative, and comfortable in a fluid environment that changes as the business evolves. Highly motivated self-starter who is passionate about continuous improvements.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, ability to identify and articulate key business and financial implications.
High attention to details with excellent organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results; team oriented.
Aptitude to learn and use technology solutions.
Advanced Excel skills are essential. Preferred skills : Tableau, PBI, SAP, TM1, Alteryx.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.
Colorado Starting Salary : $74,300 - $96,500
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
