You will join our Experienced Professional Recruiting team in Chicago, Atlanta or Waltham, MA as part of the high-performing recruiting team supporting New Ventures, an exciting new business area within our firm driving global innovation.
Experienced Professional (EP) Recruiting represents a growing share of McKinsey’s overall recruitment portfolio, and includes all non-
campus hires across all levels and tenures of the firm. As the EP team serves a wide variety of internal clients, there will be the opportunity to explore the growing and changing firm in this role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be a thought partner to Experienced Professional recruiters responsible for designing creative sourcing strategies and identifying qualified Experienced Professional candidates.
This is a strategically important role for the New Ventures and Analytics Recruiting Team, with responsibilities ranging from extensive talent mapping and competitive intelligence gathering to targeted research supporting direct sourcing for high volume hiring.
Your hiring represents an exciting stage in the development of McKinsey’s broader recruiting model, and you will have a unique opportunity to have broad impact on one of the fastest growing areas of the firm.
You will determine parameters for prioritizing candidates (i.e., which types of profiles are of greatest interest) and build profiles of targeted individuals, ensuring Experienced Professional recruiters have a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
